A: Yes, I have full public liability insurance for dog walking.

Q: Where would you walk my dog?
A: I like to vary the locations to make it exciting and let the dogs explore new places.

A: Neutered males and bitches are preferred. I will not accept males over 8 months that have not been castrated or bitches due or on their season.

Q: Do you walk in the snow?
A: Yes, I walk in all weather conditions. In extreme cases of snow and ice walks will be limited to 45 minutes due to increased transport time.

Q: Do you walk big dogs?
A: Yes, depending on temperament.

Q: Do you only accept obedient dogs?
A: Each dog has their own personality, as long as there is no outward aggression towards people or other dogs it isn’t an issue. This is why a free face to face consultation is recommended to meet all new dogs prior walking/boarding.

Q: Do you take puppies?
A: Yes, as long as your puppy is vaccinated and is old enough to go on walks. For boarding I ask that your puppy is toilet trained, bearing in mind, any damage your puppy/dog is accountable for will be added to your bill as stated in the terms and conditions agreement.

Q: Does the one hour dog walk start from pick up or from the destination?
A: Your one hour walk starts when we get out of the van and start walking. Because of this your dog(s) may be in my supervision for up to two hours as I drop off and pick up other dog.

A: Yes.

Q: Do I need to give my dog flea, or any other treatments?
A: Yes, make sure your pet has had all the necessary worming, flea, tick and mite treatments before requesting my services.

A: Yes. It is now law that your dog(s) must be microchipped and have a name tag with your and my contact details.

Q: What happens to my appointment if you are ill?
A: If I am off sick your appointment can be rescheduled or redirected to a close friend dog walker.
