Grab the Lead - Terms and Conditions 1. Cancellation Policy: • We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations. • Same-day cancellations will be charged at the full rate. 2. Off-Lead Consent: • If you provide consent for your dog to be let off the lead, you acknowledge and accept that Grab the Lead cannot be held liable for any incidents, injuries, or losses that may occur while your dog is off the lead. 3. Health and Safety: • All dogs must be up-to-date with vaccinations, flea treatments, and worming to ensure the health and safety of all pets in our care. • If your dog displays aggressive or destructive behavior, we reserve the right to discontinue our services for the safety of our team and other animals. 4. Weather Conditions: • In extreme weather conditions (e.g., heatwaves, storms, heavy snow), walks may be shortened or adjusted to prioritize the health and safety of your dog. 5. Keys and Access: • If access to your property is required, keys provided to Grab the Lead will be securely stored and used solely for the purpose of dog walking. 6. Payment Terms: • Payment for services must be made promptly, as agreed upon at the time of booking. By booking with Grab the Lead, you agree to these terms and conditions. We are committed to providing the best care for your dog and thank you for trusting us with your furry family member.
Stroll With Furry Friends
